Symptoms

When MSSP defined Super Admin user attempts to run manual vulnerability reassessment on child org endpoint the attempt fails with error: 'Reassessment Failed. Check Device Status'

Cause

Fix for issue being developed via DSER-37839

Resolution

  • Potential Workaround:
    • Have user on child org run manual reassessment
