Cb Protection: How To Determine Agent Version From Console

Environment

• Cb Protection Server 7.0.0 and higher

Objective

This article details how to determine the version of a Cb Protection Agent remotely from the Cb Protection Server Console.

Resolution

From Computers page: 

1. In the console navigate to Assets > Computers
2. Select Show Columns, and move Agent Version from the "Available" list to the "Selected" list
3. Hit apply

For a specific endpoint: 

1. Navigate to Assets > Computers and locate the specific endpoint
2. Click the Computer Details button
3. Agent version is visible from the "Cb Protection Agent" tab (defaults to this tab)
