    • Endpoint Standard: All Versions
    • Enterprise EDR: All Versions

Question

Is it possible to adjust the time period that is required to pass before a host moves from an Active state to an Inactive state?

Answer

No.  This is hard-coded into the backend and is currently not an adjustable feature.

Additional Notes

A sensor reaches an inactive state after 30 days of not checking into the backend.
