Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud
  • Endpoint Standard (was CB Defense)

Symptoms

Malware Hash was added to the Reputation Approved List

Cause

Malware Hash was added to the Reputation Approved List

Resolution

This is behavior is working as designed. As soon as a hash is added to the Reputation Approved List, it will be removed from the Malware Removal Pages
