Symptoms
- When attempting to view cases or create a case from within the Company Group the page hangs and spins.
- 404 Errors can be seen within Developer Tools within the Chrome browser.
Cause
The Dark Reader extension causes conflicts within User eXchange.
Resolution
Disable Dark Reader or add the website to Dark Reader's "
Ignore List".
Additional Notes
Besides using a browser outside of Google Chrome (only Google Chrome is approved), extension conflicts are one of the main causes of User eXchange website issues.
