Workload: Newly installed sensors not appearing in endpoints page

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
    • Workload

Symptoms

  • Inventory > Endpoints does not show the installed device
  • Sensor installation shows as successful

Cause

VM Workload devices are stored under the VM Workloads page, not the Endpoints page

Resolution

Devices can be viewed under Inventory > VM Workloads
