Workload: Unable to Register Workload Appliance with vSphere.

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Workload: All Supported Versions
  • vSphere Client Console: 6.5 Version

Symptoms

vSphere will display the below error while registering the Workload appliance.
Error: Failed to fetch SSO Endpoint
Action: Please check if the IP provided is the correct

Cause

Vsphere 6.5 version is not supported by the Carbon Black Workload Plugin.

Resolution

Upgrading to the 6.7 version of vSphere resolves the issue.
