  • Linux: All Supported Versions

Question

Can a Carbon Black Cloud Linux Sensor be uninstalled or deregistered by using the Web Console on the Endpoints page?

Answer

No. At this time it is not possible to uninstall a Sensor from a Linux machine via the Console.

Additional Notes

To properly uninstall a Linux sensor follow the steps found in the Sensor Installation Guide under the "Uninstalling Sensors" section, specifically under the "To uninstall a sensor on a Linux endpoint" sub-section.
