Question
Where on the Carbon Black Cloud console can the enabled products/add-ons be located for an org?
Answer
Navigate to the Settings > General page and the list of enabled products will show on the right side
Additional Notes
- Full list of products/add-ons (as of 14/07/2023) is here:
- Another way to identify which products have been enabled is if a page specific to the add-on/product is missing on the console
- If the customer believes a product which was purchased is not enabled, the customer will need to contact the Customer Success Management or Sales Account Management team to determine this
